Radiator service
Radiator licensing
Level9 Networks supplies Radiator licences in the UK as an authorised partner of Radiator Software Oy. Radiator AAA Server is licensed by server count; the Radiator 10 servers and the operator packs are priced on users or subscribers. Every licence includes first-year access to new releases, and Radiator 4 licences include the full source code.
The problem
Buyers want to know what a licence covers, how it is priced and how renewals work before they talk to anyone.
Target outcome
A clear quote, a licence that matches the deployment, and renewals that arrive before they are due.
How licensing works
Radiator AAA Server is licensed by the number of servers: Single Pack for one server, Mini for two, Pro for seven and Enterprise for an unlimited number. Diameter add-ons are priced on subscribers or concurrent sessions.
Radiator Policy Server and Radiator Core are priced on the number of users or subscribers, as a subscription or a perpetual licence. A subscription licence carries a runtime end date; a perpetual licence has no end date but newer builds need a renewed licence after its support build date.
The Service Provider Pack, SIM Pack and Policy and Charging Pack are priced on subscribers. The Service Provider Pack is a network-wide licence for an unlimited number of Radiator instances and includes the first year of unlimited email support.
Every licence includes first-year access to new releases and patches, renewed annually. Radiator 4 licences include the full source code; evaluation builds have the source obscured. Support is a separate contract at the level you choose. See support.
How we quote
Tell us the use case, the number of servers or users, your current platform if you are migrating, and the support level you need. We confirm the product mix with you and return a quote in pounds sterling with UK contracting. Pricing is not published on this site or by the vendor; it is confirmed at quotation.
Renewals
Release access and support renew annually. We contact you before the renewal date, confirm any change in scope and issue the renewal quote so there is no gap in support.
Evaluation first
Most customers start with a 30-day evaluation. We set up the first use case with you, and the evaluation configuration carries into production.
