What we collect on this website

Nothing, unless you send us an enquiry. Pages are static and load no scripts from any third party. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server logs, including IP address, user agent and the page requested, to serve and protect the site. We see aggregate traffic figures from the hosting dashboard, not individual visitors.

Enquiries

When you use the contact form we receive the enquiry type, your name, organisation, work email, optional phone number, your requirement, how you found us and your consent. The form is protected against abuse by a rate limit and, where enabled, by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots. Your enquiry is sent to us as an email and is not stored on the website.

We use these details to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and performance of a contract where one follows. We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, unless a contract requires longer.

This website sets no cookies of its own. See the cookie notice.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your details for marketing. We share them only with providers we need to operate, such as Cloudflare for hosting and email delivery, and with Radiator Software Oy where you ask us to quote for or support their software and the vendor needs to know who the licensee is.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Write to privacy@level9.net.
