Applied AI engagement

AI production delivery

Make the capability reliable, secure and useful inside the real workflow. Solution design, integration, evaluation, controls and service transition, delivered with named owners and measurement in place.

The problem

The gap between a successful proof and a dependable service is where most AI programmes stall. Integration, data access, evaluation, security review and support arrangements are left until last and then block launch.

Target outcome

An operated capability in the real workflow, with controls, support and measurement, used by the people it was built for.

When this engagement fits

You have evidence that the capability is worth having. You now need it to work every day, inside the systems people already use, with the controls your organisation expects.

What we do

We design the system boundary: what data goes in, what comes out, what is logged, who can see it and where the human decision sits. We select the model and platform, integrate with the systems that matter, and build an evaluation suite that runs continuously rather than once.

Security, privacy and architecture review happen alongside the build. We write the runbook, agree the support route and transition the service to its owner.

What you receive

An operated capability with named owners, controls, support arrangements and measurement in place. The business measure from the proof is tracked from day one in production.

What happens next

A capability that works is not yet a capability that is used. Adoption and value realisation changes the work around it and reports what was actually achieved.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Which models and platforms do you use?

Whichever fits the problem, the data constraints and the budget. The choice is made during design, recorded with its reasons, and reviewed when the evidence changes.

Can you work with our existing cloud and security teams?

Yes, and we expect to. Their review is part of the plan from the first week, not a gate at the end.

Who supports the capability after launch?

That is agreed in design. Either your team with our knowledge transfer, or a support arrangement with us. Either way the service has a named owner before it goes live.
