Who we are
Level9 Networks Ltd is a UK company working in two specialist practices. The AI consulting practice helps enterprises identify, deliver and measure AI work that creates business value. The Radiator and network access practice provides UK licensing, migration, integration, engineering and support for Radiator, the RADIUS, TACACS+ and Diameter authentication server used by universities, public bodies, enterprises and operators. Each practice is engaged on its own terms.
Both practices share the same working principles: define the outcome, test the important assumptions, deliver an operable system and measure the result.
Entities and relationships
Level9 Networks Limited is the contracting company for the services on this site. Radiator Software Oy, based in Tampere, Finland, makes Radiator and lists Level9 Networks as an authorised UK partner. Level9 supplies Radiator licences, support and engineering; Radiator is a trademark of Radiator Software Oy.
The team
Level9 Networks was founded in 2007 and is led by its director, Paul O'Shea. Engagements are staffed by senior consultants and engineers who stay on the work from scoping to live service, and the person who scopes an engagement is on it.
