Notes on Ordering Process
Confirm that you have suitably skilled people to install and configure the software (or ask us to quote for installation).
Read the OSC Software License Agreement (http://www.open.com.au/license.html). The Licensee is required to ACCEPT this license agreement before downloading or using any purchased software
Email sales@level9.net for a formal quotation.
After submitting a purchase order or payment, wait for us to email a username and password which will allow the Licensee to download the purchased software. We will process the order within one business day of receiving the order.
Follow the individual Installation Instructions for each software product.
Licenses are perpetual with free access to new releases, patches etc, for the first year (renewal annually thereafter)
